Modular, or off-site, construction takes place in a controlled factory environment. Delays and cost overruns are no longer an issue. Through improved efficiency and state-of-the-art technology, your home is typically ready for move-in within four to eight weeks from being set onto the foundation, compared to six months to a year with on-site construction.
Greater control over the construction process also means superior quality assurance. Your home is rigorously inspected during every phase of construction to ensure it meets the highest standards.
Because of the way they’re constructed, our modulars are more energy efficient than any home constructed on site. Our factory-controlled environment enables us to construct homes from the inside out. Drywall seams, outlet joints and other openings are sealed airtight before enclosing them in the outer walls. You’ll enjoy the savings with every energy bill.
Far from cookie-cutter, you can choose from our library of over 70 plans with new ones being added continually or use your own set of plans. Turnkey Construction Process
You have the option to have a home 100% completed with our turnkey construction program where the entire comprehensive finishing of the interior and exterior of the home is completed. Or, an owner completion program which would allow the homeowner to complete a portion of the finishing touches of the home.
